Rural Ulster Preservation Company will provide property management services for Golden View, a newly constructed senior housing complex located in Highland, New York. Golden View will offer 51, one bedroom rental units for income eligible seniors 55 and older. All household members must meet this age criteria. To be eligible for this property income must be at or below 50% Area Median Income (AMI) (1 person $22,250 or 2 persons $25,400) and all household members must be 55 years of age or older. Rent Range: 9 units starting at $312, 8 units starting at $424 and 34 units starting at $534. Applications are now being accepted for Golden View.
