Our Arabio Building located in the heart of the village of Saugerties, and provides two 3 bedroom units for family housing. Our Arabio Building is centrally located, allowing for walking to schools, libraries, churches, playgrounds, shopping, and restaurants. Summer enjoyment is a short walk away to the beach located along the shore of the Hudson River. To be eligible for this property income must be at or below 80% of median income for your household size. A waiting list is not maintained for this property.
