Our Hasbrouck Avenue property, located in Kingston, was a vacant building, in desperate need of repair, when we acquired it 1998. We restored the property, bringing it back to its original architectural splendor. The restoration was completed in 2000 and provides six, safe and affordable residences. In addition the property posses an inviting courtyard, which provides an enjoyable outdoor space for the families that live there. This property is designated for single parent, heads of household, who are homeless or about to be homeless. Rent is based on income and residents are required to be at or below 50% AMI. A wait list is not maintained for this property.
