RUPCO can provide emergency financial assistance in the form of
first month's rent, one month's back rent, or one month's back mortgage
to eligible clients, dependent on availability of funds. Budget
counseling, apartment affordability, and safety information are
also provided to interested applicants. Applicants must live in
Ulster County, provide information relating to their income and
assets, and participate in an interview and apartment inspection.
