Grant Funding Available for Owner Occupied Homes in East End Area of Ellenville

Rural Ulster Preservation Company has been awarded funding from New York State Affordable Housing Corporation for East End Home Improvement Project Phase I.

Grant funding is available for the rehabilitation of owner occupied households in the targeted East End area of Clinton, Pine, Chapel, Kossar, Steven and Brodhead to Canal. Home improvements may include new roofs, electrical or heating upgrades, new windows, energy efficiency improvements, among other items. All homeowners will be required to meet income eligibility, provide proof of ownership and evidence that the home is in need of moderate to substantial rehabilitation.
