Property Management

RUPCO owns seven buildings throughout Ulster County and provides property management for two senior housing complexes. In total, we manage 178 units of housing throughout Ulster County. The properties provide affordable housing for families, elderly, and disabled households. Our buildings provide safe, affordable and well maintained homes to area residents. At RUPCO we believe a house is much more than a roof overhead.

Our communities offer our residents the security of 24 hour emergency maintenance contact, refuse removal, landscape maintenance and snow removal. Several of our properties offer off street parking and on site laundry.

Each property has specific income guidelines and the chart below can help you determine if you qualify. Tenant eligibility is determined by income, age (for some properties), family composition and additional preference criteria, such as: current housing fails to meet basic health and/or safety standards or person/family is homeless or about to be. No applicant will be discriminated against due to race, color, religion, sex, age, familial status or national origin.

We are currently accepting applications for our wait list for our Blair Road, Kerhonkson property. Blair Road offers nine 2 bedroom units. Income must be 50% or below of Area Median Income (AMI) and rent is based on income.

Park Heights, Rosendale
We are currently accepting applications for our Park Heights waiting list. Park Heights offers forty 1 bedroom units. To be eligible for this property income must be at or below 50% Area Median Income (AMI) and you must be 62 years of age or older.
